Uttarakhand Govt to provide NEET, JEE Coaching: As per the latest update, the Uttarakhand Govt’s Education Department has announced that it will provide free NEET and JEE Coaching to the students over the weekend. The coaching to JEE and NEET aspirants will be provided through virtual smart classrooms and in turn help students from economically weaker sections to compete well in the national-level entrance exams. The decision to announce weekend coaching classes for NEET and JEE aspirants, will also help create a level playing field for all as not all students are in a position to afford costly coaching at private tuition centres.
Smart Classrooms to be Used
As per the official order released by the State Education Department, all district level education officials have been asked to teach students of Classes X and XII through virtual smart classrooms. Currently, the facility of smart classrooms is available in over 500 government schools across the state. The order also directs the officials to use the virtual smart classroom facilities to teach students of Class 10 to 12.

As per the directive, the additional coaching classes, for students planning to appear for JEE and NEET exams next year, will begin on 2nd December and will be held from 10 AM to 2 PM in the afternoon.
