Eligibility Conditions for CDAC Recruitment 2020

Educational Qualification

1. Centre Head (S&T) Joint Director /Associate Director Level-13 or 13A – 1st Class B.E./B.Tech./MCA/or equivalent degree in relevant discipline with 11/16 years experience (for Level 13/13A).

2. Manager (HRD) Level-12 – Two years Full Time MBA in Human Resource Management or equivalent relevant professional qualification with 12 years of relevant experience.

3. Manager (Legal) Level-12– LLB (Bachelor of Laws) or equivalent relevant professional qualification with 12 years of relevant experience or LLM (Master of Laws) with 9 years of experience.

4. Senior HRD Officer Level-11– Two years of full time MBA in Human Resource Management or equivalent relevant professional qualification with 7 years of relevant experience. Qualification in Law (LLB/LLM) will be an added advantage.

5. Senior Legal Officer Level-11– LLM (Master of Laws) with 4 years of experience or LLB (Bachelor of Laws) or equivalent relevant professional qualification with 7 years of relevant experience.

7. Purchase Officer Level-10– Two years Full Time MBA/Post Graduation in Material Management or equivalent relevant professional qualification with 3 years of relevant experience.

8. Finance Officer Level-10– CA or Two years Full Time MBA in finance/CS or equivalent relevant professional qualification with 3 years of relevant experience.

Upper Age Limit (as on last date of application)

1. Centre Head (S&T) Joint Director /Associate Director Level-13 or 13A – 41 years for Level 13 and 46 years for Level 13A.
2. Manager (HRD) Level-12 – 40 years
3. Manager (Legal) Level-12–  40 years
4. Senior HRD Officer Level-11– 35 years
5. Senior Legal Officer Level-11– 35 years
6. Purchase Officer Level-10 – 35 years
